The CME Cartoner has been designed on the same principles as other CME machinery - robust, efficient, simple to operate and easy to maintain.

In its basic form, the Cartoner is configured to produce cartons containing ten wrapped packs in a two high, five wide collation. Many other configurations are possible to suit different customer requirements.

The various configurations can be handled by a range of optional equipment including Pack on Edge Orientation Wheels, Side Band Infeed Conveyors and External Multi Stacking Units.
The maximum operating speed depends on the size, number and collation of wrapped packs being cartoned.
